Investor protections for Preferred Stock
All Preferred Stock series include robust investor protections to safeguard your capital and ensure consistent returns:
- Fixed monthly interest payments: AMJ is contractually obligated to make interest payments on the 1st of each month following the quarter of investment closing.
- Principal return at maturity: The full invested principal is returned to you at the end of the 3-year term.
- Liquidation preference: Preferred shareholders have priority over common stockholders in any liquidation event, up to the full return of principal plus accrued unpaid interest.
