He has successfully managed a nine-figure portfolio and led credit facilities and bank letters of credit ranging from $75 million to $100 million. Richard has also overseen product sales exceeding $250 million with annual growth rates between 100% and 250%. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to own and operate a merchant cash advance company, facilitating $56.5 million in receivables annually. Furthermore, Richard has structured over $1 billion in convertible debt financings through Luxembourg securitization platforms, demonstrating his profound understanding of complex financial instruments.

With 39 years of experience in investment management, portfolio construction, and market analysis, Mark serves as Amajo Corp’s primary liaison with the financial community. He has assisted companies across diverse sectors, including healthcare, defense, biotech, energy, fintech, and real estate, in capital formation both in the U.S. and internationally. Mark is renowned for his disciplined approach across multiple market cycles, always upholding a client-first philosophy built on trust, integrity, and tailored investment strategies. Nicholas DiBiase
VP of Operations & Director
Nicholas has been instrumental in co-founding and building multiple finance and fintech ventures, demonstrating his comprehensive understanding of operational intricacies. His expertise spans both front and back-office functions. Nicholas is skilled in compliance, regulatory navigation, and business development, with additional exposure to capital markets as an analyst at a trading firm. At Amajo Corp, he leads internal operations and business development, ensuring processes, compliance, and growth initiatives work in concert.
